Pre-Application Requirements
Fill out the following form to apply for a Climbing Athlete Membership. The application goes through a 15 business day process. Make sure of the following:

Required Documents & Other Forms
You have all these documents ready for uploading when filling out the form in order to avoid delays.
- Copy of ID (National ID, Iqama ID, Passport)
- Medical Assessment Form
- Waiver Form
- Legal Guardian Approval Form
Application Process

Fill and submit application, medical form, waiver, and legal form (if under 18).

Receive approval or rejection email of your application within 7 business days.

If approved, follow the steps in the email on how to finalize payment.

Membership will be active 7 business days after payment, and membership card ready.
*Note: Prior payments without approval are non-refundable.
